Note: The Chain Reports menu selections are relevant only to merchants who have more than one location. It offers an overview the entire "chain" as well as individual location reporting.
  • Merchant List - Displays the initial list of all of your chained locations.
  • Batch Summary - Allows you to enter a batch date to search for information on all batches that have closed on that particular date entered for each of your locations.
  • Retrieval Listing - Allows you to view all retrievals for all locations for the last 30, 60, 90, or all days. The retrievals are sorted by merchant location.
  • Chargeback Listing - Allows you to view all chargebacks for all locations for the last 30, 60, 90, or all days. The chargebacks are sorted by merchant location, then date.
