- Detail - Basic information about your business,
your Heartland Relationship Manager's contact information, pricing,
fees and other helpful information.
- Deposits - A detailed list of your processed and
settled deposits including card type, number and amount of debits
and number and amount of credits.
- Fees - A report of any fees related to your account
such as setup and monthly fees related to the Merchant Center, etc.
- ACH - Displays your ACH information for the last
6 months and represents the amount of money credited to or debited
from your account electronically for fees based on your deposits.
- Batches - Displays a list of your batches from
the most to the least current for the last 6 months. A batch is a
group of credit or debit transactions submitted by your business and
may include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and American
Express transactions.
- Statements - Displays a list of your statements.

- Equipment - Lists the "active" equipment that you
own or are purchasing or renting from Heartland.
- Chargebacks - Lists all of your chargebacks (customer
disputes a credit card charge) and the reasons why these charges were
disputed submitted since you started processing with Heartland.
- Retrievals - Lists all retrievals submitted from
the issuing bank to your business since you started processing with
Heartland. A retrieval is a request by an issuing bank to supply proof
that the charge is legitimate.
- Merchant Analysis - Shows a graphical representation
of your processing by month and what your average ticket was for the
last 12 months.
- Txn Finder - Allows you to search for a credit
card transaction that has already processed, using the credit card
number or the ARN (Automatic Reference Number assigned by the Card
Association).
- Heartland Check - Directs you to the CheckCenter's
Merchant Support Center home page. All support and questions are handled
directly by CheckCenter.
