  • Detail – Basic information about your business, your Heartland Relationship Manager’s contact information, pricing, fees and other helpful information.
  • Deposits – A detailed list of your processed and settled deposits including card type, number and amount of debits and number of amount of credits.
  • Passport Settlement – List of fees sorted by batch, ability to drill down to fees associated with a single transaction
  • Fees – Lists any recurring fees that are to be billed to the merchant on the merchants statement.
  • ACH – Displays deposits made by Heartland sorted by month with the ability to drill down to fees associated with a single transaction. Visa and MasterCard transactions only.
  • Billings – List of fees applied to your account, may include application fees, equipment rental fees, equipment purchase fees, etc.
  • Batches – List of the current months batches with the ability to drill down and review the batch and individual transaction details. A batch is a group of credit or debit transactions submitted by your business and may include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB and American Express transactions.
  • Statements – Lists all merchant statements in printable PDF format for all months processing.
  • Equipment –
    • Existing Equipment – Lists the ‘active’ equipment owned, purchased or rented from Heartland, including terminal number and terminal ID.
    • Track Your Order – Site to track equipment orders that have been shipped from Heartland Payment Systems.
  • Chargebacks – Lists all Chargebacks (customer disputes a credit card charge) and the reasons why these charges were disputed.
  • Retrievals – Lists all Retrievals submitted from the card issuing bank. A Retrieval is a request by an issuing bank to supply proof that the charge is legitimate.
  • Merchant Analysis – Shows a graphical representation of your processing by month and average ticket for that last 12 months.
  • Txn Finder – Allows you to search for a credit card transaction that has already processed, using the credit card number or the ARN (Automatic Reference Number assigned by the Card Association)
