Customers go online to purchase a code valued at a certain dollar amount, then enter that code into the Code It and Load It device in their laundry facility to add funds to their card. You’ll benefit from:

Load It Credit Station

Customers can use a credit or debit card at the Charge It and Load It device in their laundry room or property manager’s office to purchase or add funds to their Load It card. You’ll benefit from:

  • Increased convenience for customers by providing a safe method of purchasing and transferring funds to a Load It card.
  • Decreased operating costs. The Charge It and Load It revalue station functions as an unattended stand-alone terminal — no cashier needed.

Load It Cash Station

Customers insert dollar bills into the Cash It and Load It device in the laundry room and property manager’s office to purchase or add funds to their Load It card. Now you can:

  • Permit customers to purchase or reload a Load It card on-the-spot using cash
  • Collect cash — instead of unwieldy coins — less frequently as the standard unit for cash transactions holds up to 600 bills in denominations of $1, $5, $10 or $20
  • Simplify data collection and bookkeeping with a portable, hand-held device that collects the data needed to establish a comprehensive audit trail and generate reports for settlement

Revalue devices are designed to withstand harsh environmental conditions and abuse in unattended environment. Laundry controllers allow you to implement a scalable operating system capable of handling one to 32 machines.
