Sales Support

Heartland's Service Center (HSC) provides you and your customers with the best possible sales support. For Relationship Managers, HSC acts as a liaison between you and the rest of the operations center personnel to answer questions related to any aspect of your merchant's account or processing data. They also help you monitor application status and research any issues related to pending applications. In addition, HSC personnel help train and troubleshoot any hardware questions related to terminals, error messages, etc. You are part of a very successful team of support personnel, Division Managers, Territory Managers and trainers who all work together to deliver high-quality products and services to our customers.
