Recognition & Incentives

Heartland recognizes the benefit of retaining dedicated and energetic Relationship Managers. As a result, we're always investigating new ways to recognize and reward outstanding and successful performance. These programs range from special trips to one-of-a-kind destinations to many other exciting incentives such as those below.

Additional Recognition Programs

Hall of Fame
The RM Hall of Fame recognizes HPS Relationship Managers who provide a significant and consistent contribution to their team, as well as to Heartland. HPS Hall of Fame membership is earned by both the level and consistency of an individual RM’s performance.
Induction into the HPS RM Hall of Fame includes the following awards:
  • Burgundy HPS RM Hall of Fame jacket and Hall of Fame pin.
  • Specially designed RM Hall of Fame pocket crest.
  • RM photo will be placed on the RM Wall of Fame at the new HPS corporate headquarters in Princeton, NJ.
Heartland Century Club
HPS will continue to recognize sales managers who qualify for exclusive membership in the Heartland Century Club with $100,000 or more in installed processing margin in one month.
Your impressive Century Club membership awards will include:
  • Navy blue blazer
  • Specially-designed HPS Century Club pocket crest
  • 1,000 HPS Stock Options

A Special Award to Special Individuals

No other Heartland award has been as personally inspired or is more important than the roc’s Legacy painting awards. Taking root as a dream of CEO Robert O. Carr to award outstanding performance and loyalty to Heartland, roc’s Legacy evolved into three spectacular paintings (commissioned for HPS and its employees only) depicting the entrepreneurial spirit and work ethic of a true Heartlander.

Special recognition for these awards includes the following items:

  • Painting book
  • CEO-inspired giclee painting by renowned artist Charles Pabst
How To Qualify
  • Out of the Woods - This painting will be awarded in the month a Heartland sales professional attains vested status under the current contract. Non-sales personnel will be awarded this painting after 5 years of service.
  • Inspiration Point - This painting will be awarded when a Heartland sales professional reaches the required level of portfolio development. Non-sales personnel will be awarded this painting after 10 years of service.
  • Journey’s Reflections - This painting will be awarded when a Heartland sales professional reaches the required level of portfolio development. Non-sales personnel will be awarded this painting after 20 years of service.
