Terry Roberts is the Executive Director of the School Solutions division and is responsible for overseeing the daily operations. Terry leads innovative process changes throughout Heartland School Solutions, focusing on the needs of our customers. Terry has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Pomona College and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Management. Prior to his current role, Terry was with Deloitte Consulting in Washington, DC.
Jeremy Loch is the Director of Sales & Marketing for the School Solutions division and is responsible for all facets of sales, marketing and product management. Jeremy spent five years at First National Merchant Solutions as Assistant Vice President where his primary responsibilities included sales and marketing with a strong focus on customer retention. He has also worked for Intel Corporation as a Pricing Analyst and holds a bachelor’s degree from Nebraska Wesleyan University and an MBA from Duke University.
Sri Racherla, Director of Client Services, is responsible forclient relationship management, including managing call center operations, major account support, and professional services teams. Sri's prior experience as a Senior Software Engineer & Architect include Baan Info Systems and Minolta-QMS Inc. Sri has bachelor’s degrees in mathematics and computer systems, an MBA in marketing and information systems from Osmania University, and a master’s degree in computer and information sciences from the University of South Alabama.
David Hyde, Director of Research and Development, joined Heartland in 2011 and is responsible for all aspects of product research and software development. David has held similar positions at Informatix and Official Payments Corporation/Tier Technologies. David brings over 2 decades of experience developing software and managing software development teams. Prior to joining Heartland, David spent 6 years managing teams that provided child support software used in the majority of US states. David holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from Yale University.
