Gratitude, the word of the season

Monday, December 14, 2020

I’ve spent the last several weeks reflecting on the year, as I’m sure many of us have. While I’m sure we’re all weary from the events of 2020, and the conversation around it, I can’t help but feel overwhelming gratitude for the challenges we’ve faced together, and bright hope for the future.

Owning and running a business has never been more challenging, and we’ve been honored to serve you as you’ve risen to the challenge. We stand in awe of what you have achieved. Together, we are a community of inspired entrepreneurs with a pioneering spirit and a bright future. Our customers are the foundation of our community and it is because of you that we press onward.

It would be easy to let the story of 2020 be one of only hardship, frustration and loss. While it has been all of those things for many, I also choose to see it as one of resilience, innovation and leadership. As our Sales team members have often heard me say, water always finds its way around a rock - no matter what, we find our way.

I wish you and your families a joyous holiday season and all the best in the year to come. As we face a new year, and you make plans for rebuilding and growing your businesses, the Heartland Sales force stands ready to tackle whatever comes next. We hope you’ll include us in your big plans and dreams for the future.

Thank you for letting us play a small role in your story.
