Annual credit card processing volume of $200,000 or less
Average sale must be greater than $8.00
Single business location
Significant majority of payments are face-to-face
Applicable to retail, restaurant and professional services (healthcare, lawyers…)
New clients only (must be new to Global Payments brands)
What is the pricing model?
Competitive flat rate pricing 2.90% +$.25 per transaction (monthly minimum of $20 applies)

Choice of mobile reader, terminals, and point of sale options
How does On Demand work within the mobile and online journey?
1. You’ll receive both pre-designed, clickable web display banners from Heartland and a target industry list to match against your existing banking customers.
2. Once you’ve identified the customers you’d like to target, you will display the web banners behind the login page of those customers. This is the same for the online experience whether on a computer or mobile device.
How does On Demand work for the prospect within the mobile and online journey?
1.The prospect clicks the link in the web banner, which takes them to the Heartland website. (They are made aware via a pop-up notification that you have added that they are leaving the bank’s website and are going to a third-party website.)
The prospect then fills out basic information about their business.
2. Based on their responses, the prospect is either directed to an equipment offering page to begin their boarding journey, or they are connected with a Heartland Sales Representative for follow up.
How do I track lead progress?
You can track On Demand lead submission and progress in the Partner Portal. This tool also allows you to review the health of your Heartland portfolio.
