As our Director of Client Services, Josh is responsible for implementing new technology, processes, and tools that will allow us to improve the customer experience, better support our employees, and increase efficiencies.
 
Josh comes from a long career in the telecommunication industry. Before joining Heartland, Josh held leadership positions in Customer Care, Marketing, Field Operations, and Network Operations. His experience managing the customer experience from multiple perspectives is a huge asset to our organization.
